Dear Neighbors:

Your tax dollars will be providing for a busy Public Works season these next few months. We will be completing four (4) projects this fall - (one (1) water line replacement/upgrade and three (3) road removal/replacement projects). All four projects will take place in the Jeff Co side of Bow Mar. Please let all family members, contractors to your home, guests, etc. know about the upcoming activity. All roads will remain open as best possible for “local access only” and no home deliveries, mail, garbage collection, etc should be affected.

The Town’s 2024 Roads Improvement Projects will be starting July 22nd.

There will be three (3) Roads Works Projects this fall:

1.  Road removal/replacement of Longhorn – beginning Tuesday, July 22nd .
2.  Road removal/replacement of Bow Mar Dr (from Sheridan to Yellowstone) – beginning Thursday, July  24th.
3.  Road removal/replacement of Sombrero (after the water line has been replaced) – approx. Monday, Aug 5th .

NOTE: the contractor (New West Paving) will be directly notifying all the residents on the streets they will be working on as to exact start/completion dates. All roads involved in these projects will remain “open” to local traffic only and home deliveries/mail/garbage pickup/etc. should not be affected.
