NOTICE OF CANCELATION OF ELECTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Town of Bow Mar (Town), Arapahoe and Jefferson Counties, Colorado, that at the close of business on the sixty-third day before the election, there were not more candidates for mayor or trustees than offices to be filled, including candidates filing affidavits of intent to be write-in candidates; therefore, the election to be held on April 7, 2026 is hereby canceled pursuant to section 1-5-208(1.5), C.R.S.
The following candidates are hereby declared elected:
Bryan Sperry, Mayor 2-year term
Leslie Hinton, Trustee 2-year term
Jane Carlson, Trustee 2-year term
Jim Chrisman, Trustee 2-year term
David Peterson, Trustee 2-year term
Chris Mease, Trustee 2-year term
Liz Osborn-Manning, Trustee 2-year term
